Sporebound LARP: Protest at Verdatech

Friday November 21st 7pm – 11pm

Sporebound is a retro funguspunk LARP set in a strange but familiar 1980’s America, where players are symbiotic rebels allied with otherworldly mushrooms against the world’s decay. As Tree Huggers, Dumpster Divers, or Shroomheads, you’ll resist the corrupting force of the Blue Blight, and use Verdatech’s strike as cover to investigate and sabotage a “green tech” company that’s anything but. Fight for the future by completing clandestine missions, making allies, and politicking with fellow Sporebound to decide your new leaders. Designed to be welcoming for new roleplayers. Max 90 players. Learn More!

Players can register on-site at the Winding Path Initiative (WPI) table in front of room 120A starting at 10AM. All materials provided. No prior experience necessary. Players must be 18 or older.

Vampire the Masquerade: Anarch

Saturday November 22nd, 7pm – 11pm

Twelve years ago, the Sabbat and Camarilla launched a war to determine who would reign supreme over all vampires. What no one expected was the rise of the Anarchs in a war of Sects too large for either side to contend with. Set in Augusta, Maine, the Anarchs, held up in a bar near the center of town, plot their next move. As anxiety rises and gangs are pushed to the brink, rumors start to swirl: there are traitors abound! Taking on the role of an Anarch, you’ll navigate a quagmire of deceit, intrigue, and fangs as you determine the future of Anarchy forever. Max 120 players.

Players can register on-site at the Winding Path Initiative (WPI) table in front of room 120A starting at 10AM. All materials provided. No prior experience necessary. Players must be 18 or older.

Sporebound LARP Escape Room: Sabotaging Verdatech

Sunday November 23rd, 2pm – 6pm

“Verdatech”, a green tech company that is anything but, currently has a workers’ strike disrupting their facility. They’re hiring “scab” maintenance workers to get things back on track. Secretly, Verdatech has been corrupted by the same “Blue Blight” toxic mold that is destroying the rest of ’80’s America. Secretly, you are one of the Sporebound, symbiotic resistance fighters allied with otherworldly mushrooms “The Mycos”, and you’ve been hired as one of those scabs. Solve problems at Verdatech while also sabotaging them and discovering their secrets. Learn More!

No registration required. A queue will form outside Room 120A, with participants admitted in groups of 4–8 at a time, on a first-come, first-served basis. Puzzles take approximately 15 minutes to solve, and participants may requeue for multiple puzzles.
